Ammonia is classified among the highest-risk hazardous substances. Specialized knowledge and hands-on skills are essential to ensure safe and effective incident response. As ammonia plays a growing role in the energy transition and the use of ammonia increases, understanding its risks and behavior is more critical than ever. H2K offers a comprehensive 3-day training program that blends theory, practical workshops, and realistic scenario-based exercises. Participants will gain the expertise needed to respond confidently and safely to ammonia-related emergencies in production, storage and transport.

- Health effects and coordination with medical services
- Establishing safe zones and conducting reconnaissance
- Operating measuring equipment, including thermal imaging cameras
- Incident tactics: containment, dispersion, water application, ventilation Cryogenic behavior, flammability, dispersion in live demonstrations with hot and cold ammonia
